To deepen thematic research and foster international academic cooperation in vocational education, this journal launches a Special Issue (SI) Collaboration Program with global research institutions, academic conference organizers, and vocational colleges. By focusing on specific themes and integrating high-quality global research, the program aims to produce thematic outcomes with academic influence and practical value, facilitating in-depth exploration and global sharing of solutions to hot-button issues in vocational education.
Partner-Initiated Themes: Prospective partners (e.g., colleges, institutions, conference organizers) submit SI theme proposals aligned with their research strengths or industry needs (including theme background, significance, and objectives) to the editorial board.
Editorial Review and Approval: The editorial board evaluates proposals through expert peer review. Approved themes proceed to global call-for-papers.
Global Submissions: Announcements are distributed via the journal’s website, partner channels, and international academic networks, soliciting original research papers, case reports, or practice summaries.
Quality Assurance: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by the editorial board to ensure academic rigor and innovation.
Priority Publication: Accepted papers are compiled into a Special Issue, published as a standalone section in the journal with “Special Issue” branding.

Inclusions: Peer review, editorial processing, DOI registration, publication, and global promotion costs.
1. Submit Proposal: Partners complete the Special Issue Theme Proposal Form and email it to the editorial board (GCPVE@QQ.COM).
2. Approval Confirmation: The editorial board responds within 10 business days. Upon approval, a collaboration agreement is signed.
3. Call-for-Papers and Review: Partners assist in promoting the call; the journal organizes reviews and provides feedback.
4. Publication and Delivery: Finalized papers are published within 3 months. Partners receive printed SI copies and electronic files.

三、“特刊”合作模式
1）专题提案
合作方提出主题：意向合作院校、机构或会议主办方可根据自身研究优势或行业需求，向期刊编辑部提交“特刊”主题提案（需包含主题背景、研究意义及预期目标）。
期刊审核与立项：编辑部组织编委会专家对提案进行评审，通过后正式立项幷启动征稿。
2）征稿与评审
全球征稿：通过期刊官网、合作方渠道及国际学术网络发布征稿通知，面向全球学者征集原创研究论文、案例报告或实践总结。
质量把控：所有投稿均经期刊编委会专家双盲评审，确保学术严谨性与创新性。
3）出版与传播
优先出版：通过评审的论文将集结为“特刊”，以独立栏目形式在期刊正刊中出版，幷标注“特刊”标识。
国际传播：通过期刊官网、数据库、及合作平台全球发行，提升专题影响力。
四、“特刊”论文权益
1) 学术认证：每篇论文（含会议论文或摘要）均分配国际标准DOI专号，便于学术引用与检索。
2) 开放获取：论文出版后即开放全文下载，促进知识共享与学术交流。

五、费用说明
为支持期刊可持续发展及特刊专题的高质量出版，合作方需承担论文处理费用（Article Processing Charge, APC），具体标准如下：

欧元：530元每篇
人民币：4,500元每篇
港币：4,900元每篇
费用说明：费用包含论文评审、编辑加工、DOI注册、出版发行及全球推广成本。
六、合作流程
1) 提交提案：合作方填写《特刊主题提案表》幷发送至编辑部邮箱（GCPVE@QQ.COM）。
2) 立项确认：编辑部于10个工作日内反馈审核结果，通过后签署合作协议。
3) 征稿与评审：合作方协助宣传征稿，期刊组织评审幷反馈修改意见。
4) 出版发行：论文定稿后3个月内完成出版，幷向合作方寄送纸质版特刊及电子文件。
