Author’s Article Setup Guide
To ensure standardized formatting of manuscripts for ease of review and publication, our journal requires all submissions to strictly adhere to the style guidelines outlined in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th edition, i.e., APA 7.0). Below are the key formatting requirements that must be verified prior to submission:
I. Overall Formatting Requirements
1. Page Setup
• Margins: 2.54 cm (1 inch) on all sides (top, bottom, left, right).
• Font: 11-point Times New Roman for the main text.
• Line Spacing: Double-spaced throughout the manuscript (including the reference section). •Page Numbers: Continuously numbered in the upper right-hand corner, starting from the first page.
2. Title Page
• Must include: Title of the paper (centered, with initial capitalization), author names, institutional affiliations, and the email address of the corresponding author. •For blind review, the title page should be saved as a separate file (not included in the main text document).
II. Main Text Structure and Formatting
1. Heading Levels
• Level 1 Headings: Centered, Bold, Title Case Heading Text begins as a new paragraph. (e.g., “Research Method").
• Level 2 Headings: Flush left, Bold, Title Case Heading Text begins as a new paragraph. (e.g., "Participants"). •Level 3 Headings: Flush Left, Bold Italic, Title Case Heading Text begins as a new paragraph.
• Indented, Bold, Title Case Heading, Ending With a Period. Text begins on the same line and continues as a regular paragraph.

2. Figures and Tables
• Figures and tables must be numbered (e.g., “Figure 1,” “Table 2”) and accompanied by concise captions (Centered in the top-left corner of the figure/table).
• Equations should be presented on separate lines, with numbers right-aligned (e.g., "(1)").
III. Reference Formatting
1. In-Text Citations
• Author-Year Format: Author's surname followed by the publication year (e.g., "Smith, 2020"). For direct quotations, include the page number (e.g., "Smith, 2020, p. 45").
• Multiple Authors: List all authors for up to three authors (e.g., "Wang, Li, & Zhang, 2021"); for four or more authors, use the first author's surname followed by "et al."

三、参考文献格式
引用规则
文中引用:作者姓氏+出版年份(如:Smith, 2020)。若直接引用,需加页码(如:Smith, 2020, p. 45)。
多作者引用:3人以内需全部列出(如:Wang, Li, & Zhang, 2021);4人及以上仅列第一作者+“et al.”(如:Chen et al., 2022)。
参考文献列表
按作者姓氏字母顺序排列,首行缩进5字符,后续行对齐。
示例:
期刊文章:Doe, J. A., & Roe, K. B. (2023). Title of article. Journal Name, 15(2), 123–135.

四、其他注意事项
缩写与符号
首次出现需拼写全称幷附缩写(如:World Health Organization [WHO])。
统计符号(如M, SD, p)需用斜体。
语言与标点
使用美式英语拼写(如“color”而非“colour”)。
避免口语化表达,引用内容需加引号幷标注页码。
伦理声明
涉及人类或动物实验的稿件,需在正文或方法部分说明伦理审批情况。
